• Order Processing
  The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Axiom Trend will begin processing the orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please review the Product Availability section below for more information regarding order processing and product availability times.

• Prices
  Axiom Trend Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Axiom Trend products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Axiom Trend reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Axiom Trend store at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the store.

• Styles and Colors
  Axiom Trend reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics without notice. Our specs are subject to change at any time. Since our apparels are handmade and hand printed, each one has its own unique character and slight variances in color can occur from order to order.

• Care
  Axiom Trend products are handmade, yet our quality prints are highly durable. For best result, turn your garments inside out before washing. For best durability of the foil/metallic printed materials, it is recommended that the garment be hand washed or machine washed (delicate cycle) inside out and line or air dried. Do not bleach. Do not iron printed area.

• Product Availability
  Axiom Trend makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the Axiom Trend Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Although Axiom Trend makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to supply availability. If the lead-time changes, Axiom Trend will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping time estimate. Axiom Trend encourages you to contact Axiom Trend Store Sales Support at contact@axiomtrend.com for any additional help regarding your order. Axiom Trend makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Axiom Trend confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Axiom Trend learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Axiom Trend, when Axiom Trend cannot source materials for the products you ordered, or when there was a pricing error at the Axiom Trend Store when you ordered. In those circumstances, Axiom Trend will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Axiom Trend may suggest alternative products that might meet your taste. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Axiom Trend will cancel your order for products Axiom Trend cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

• Gift Certificate
  Multiple gift certificates can be redeemed on a single purchase. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases. Gift certificates do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees. Gift Certificates are transferable if the recipient's email address is not printed on the gift certificate. Axiom Trend is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

• Shipping Terms : FOB Origin, Freight Collect. We ship worldwide!

• Special orders : Personalized candles or customized apparels will ship in 7-10 business days because it involves some detail work and needs extra production time. Please try to place personalized orders at least 2 weeks ahead to avoid any rush charges.

• Return and Refund Policy
  If you are not satisfied with your Axiom Trend purchase of a product, please email contact@axiomtrend.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within seven calendar days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective on arrival (DOA). Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us in the original package, Axiom Trend will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. All authorized returns and exchanges must be made within seven days after issuing date of RMA and are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight charges. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the merchandise back to Axiom Trend except DOA or shipping error. An original shipping charge is not refundable. A RMA number must accompany all returns. All products must be packed well including any accessories that shipped with the product. Unauthorized returns or COD returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All special sale items are not returnable. There are no refunds or exchanges on special sale items.

• NOTE: Axiom Trend recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Axiom Trend or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

• Claims and Cancellations
  Claims of shortages or defective merchandise must be made within seven days of receipt. Cancellation will not be accepted for work in process on custom orders.

• Warranty Replacement
  Axiom Trend, at its expense, will ship another of the same product upon receiving of the defective article. If upon receiving the defective article our staff determines that a returned product is not DOA, and you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition, Axiom trend will impose a $50 handling fee.

• International Customers: If you’re an international customer and you’re outside the domestic delivery area, the standard Return and Refund Policy applies — with the exception that you’re responsible for shipping the product back to a state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability. Since you’re responsible for the safe delivery of any product you’re returning to Axiom Trend, we recommend that you insure it against loss.

• Other Terms and Conditions
  Axiom Trend is not responsible for typographical errors. Axiom Trend reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Axiom Trend site concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.

• Axiom Trend reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Axiom Trend site at any time.

• Axiom Trend may make changes to any products or services offered at the Axiom Trend site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the Axiom Trend site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Axiom Trend makes no commitment to update the information provided at the Axiom Trend site with respect to such products and services.

• Axiom Trend reserves the right to interrupt the operation of the Axiom Trend Store, or any portion of the Axiom Trend Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
